Hey there, I’m Sera Eden, the creator of RitualFit Wellness, and a lifelong seeker of all things well-being.
I’m a health and wellness coach who specializes in sustainable weight loss through movement, strength training, functional nutrition, and manifestation. My passion is guiding you toward holistic well-being by aligning your mind, body, and spirit so you can live a life of strength, vitality, and purpose.
As a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Certified Functional Nutritionist, I bring a deep understanding of the body’s needs and the power of energetic alignment to everything I do. I’m also a yoga & meditation instructor, somatic healing practitioner, fitness coach and manifestation coach—blending these diverse tools into one holistic approach to transformation (see below for my full list of credentials).
My journey has been a wild one (I spill the tea below) which has led me to a deep love for guiding people to a state of complete well-being. I help you create a body and life that feel aligned, joyful, and empowered. I believe true transformation comes when you embrace your body, your mind, AND your energetic body —and I’m here to support you in every step of the process.
I work with women 35+ who are ready to feel healthy, empowered and at home in their bodies, but I warmly welcome all humans who are on a quest for greater well-being. Together, we’ll unlock your full potential and help you thrive in mind, body, and spirit.

My story
From Trauma to Transformation:
I wasn’t always this aligned. My journey started in pain—growing up in an abusive home, facing deep trauma from a young age, and feeling lost, disconnected, and alone. By the time I was a teenager, I had to become my own source of strength.
Fitness became my foundation. I turned to varsity soccer, running, and movement as an outlet, building resilience through physical strength. But while my body was getting stronger, my inner world still carried the weight of unhealed wounds.
Sacred plant medicines and psychedelics opened a door to healing, giving me a deeper understanding of my pain and a path forward. That experience ignited my passion for holistic health, leading me to explore yoga, vegetarianism, environmental activism, and sustainable living. Oregon became my home, and my work as an eco-florist reflected my deep love for nature.
But something was still missing. Despite my focus on fitness and clean eating, my gut health was wrecked from years of stress and antibiotics. This led me deep into the world of functional nutrition, detoxing, and somatic healing. My journey took me to Bali, where I trained as a yoga teacher, and then back into strength training, movement, and manifestation—bridging the gap between physical fitness and deep mind-body transformation.
We all start somewhere. That’s why a coach is so important—to meet you where you are and help you build from the foundations up to achieve whole-body fitness, strength, and lasting well-being.

This ancient Tibetan Sanskrit mantra symbolizes the beauty and wisdom found through transformation. Just as the lotus blooms from murky waters, we too emerge from our challenges, guided by the wisdom of each element, to bloom into our most empowered and authentic selves. I love it so much I have it tattooed on my body so I can always be reminded that this is a lifelong journey.
Like a lotus rising from the mud, we rise through the spiral of transformation—from physical to spiritual, from earth to spirit. As we journey through the 5 elements, we embrace each stage, shedding what no longer serves us and expanding into our fullest selves.
