Hello, and welcome! I’m Sera Eden. My work blends functional nutrition, somatic work, manifestation and strength-based support to steady energy, restore metabolic and immune function, and support sustainable fat loss so you can feel strong, capable, and at home in your body while you create new rhythms that support real life.
My approach is grounded in food as medicine and nervous system safety — because healing happens when the body feels nourished, supported, and safe.
HOW TO WORK WITH ME
There are two ways to work together, one is a spacious, private container with group integration calls and one is a nine-week, focused group program.
The functional nutrition and lifestyle programs I offer are built on root-cause sequencing — I never push change onto a system that can’t receive it. Through my work I’ve realized that different bodies need different starting points.
Thus both paths begin with a free, 30 minute Rhythm Mapping call.
This is where we map what your body is responding to, assess your current season, and place you into the program your system can actually hold.

Wildly Well is a private recalibration program for women whose bodies aren’t responding because their systems are dysregulated.
We work in phases, based on capacity — supporting gut function, cellular repair, and nervous system safety through targeted nourishment, lifestyle adjustments, and therapeutic elimination when necessary, so your foundations are stable before pushing for fat loss or performance.
*Optional functional testing is available (additional cost) when it supports clearer direction.
Best for: women navigating perimenopause, chronic inflammation, autoimmune patterns, infertility, gut health issues, SIBO, or fat loss resistance with dysregulation.
